The Man Behind PhilippineDev

Raymond Usbal is the founder and team leader of PhilippineDev. At 32, Raymond has provided various web services for multinational clients based in countries such as USA, Canada, Australia, Switzerland, France, and India. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, one of the most established educational institutions in the country. He also studied Business Applications Programming at the prestigious Systems Technology Institute.
